Teodor Totev, attorney at law, acquired his Master’s degree in Law at “St. Cyril and St. Methodius” University of Veliko Tarnovo’s Faculty of Law in 2005, as well as Master’s degree in International Business Affairs at University of National and World Economy, Sofia in 2008.

Registered as liquidator at the Registry Agency of Republic of Bulgaria. He takes part as evaluator in the selection of projects from Operational Program Innovations and Competitiveness.

Before joining the ATALAW team, he has experience in holding companies, international and Bulgarian legal firms, as well as innovative and high-tech companies.

He has interest in commercial law and copyright, procedural representation. He is experienced in consulting both international corporations and individuals on their most common legal issues.

He has excellent command of English and Spanish and proficiency in Russian.
