Mr. Grunov has significant practical experience in research, preparation of legal documentation and representation of clients in different fields of civil and business law, company law, commercial contracts, tax law, property deals and others.

Currently he provides legal consultation to Bulgarian and foreign clients on transactions via mergers and acquisitions, registration of new companies, transfer of commercial enterprises, etc. Provides comprehensive legal services to companies, including preparation of contracts and consultations on legal transactions. Advises and organizes registrations and changes in the conditions of non-profit legal entities.
He has excellent command of English and Greek.

Prior to joining the ATALAW team, he held the position of Legal Adviser at the Municipal Administration – Kazanlak, Legal and Regulatory Services and Human Resources Department
